If you need help with While Reader, contact Let There Be using the methods below and include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue.

1. Contact

  • Email: support@lettherebe.io
  • In-app feedback: Settings > About > Feedback & Support
  • Website: https://lettherebe.io/while-reader/
  • Updates: https://lettherebe.io/while-reader/updates/

2. What to Include in a Support Request

  • Your app version
  • Your Windows version
  • What you were doing before the issue happened
  • Whether you installed the direct-download build or a store build
  • Screenshots or error messages if available

3. Licensing and Payment Questions

While Reader currently offers Stripe-based subscription and lifetime purchase options. For license activation, deactivation, trial, subscription, lifetime purchase, or payment problems, include the email address used for purchase when available, the license key if one was issued, and a brief description of what happened. Do not send your full payment card information.

4. Trial and Subscription Access

New users may receive a free trial. If you subscribe before the trial is fully used, unused trial time may be preserved and can resume if the subscription later becomes inactive. If access does not refresh as expected, restart the app and contact support with your app version, device context, and purchase email.

5. Local TTS and Voice Downloads

Piper and VOICEVOX voices are optional local downloads. If a voice download or local TTS playback fails, include the voice name, the language, whether the failure happened during download or playback, and any error message shown in Settings.

6. Privacy, Terms, and Third-Party Notices

Support requests are handled together with the official Privacy Policy and Terms / EULA. Third-party acknowledgments are listed in Third-Party Notices.

If While Reader is distributed through an app store, that store may also provide its own refund, billing, or update support channels.
